Not quite
Quote: I witnessed him bury the cat."
Five days later, the cat showed up in a neighbor's yard alive, but weak, dehydrated and in need of medical attention.
Unlikely that the cat was buried for the time... suffocation kills all 9 lives.
More likely a couple of minutes while the people left. Dug its way out and wandered for 5 days.
But good example of how simple stories get exaggerated in the telling.
Thanks
Actually it's an example of how someone doesn't want to believe the facts as they are given, so they change them to fit what they believe.

I can confirm that bias.
So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat?

Did anyone watch that grave for all five days? Because the report is: we thought kitty was dead and buried her but she showed up at the neighbors five days later not we saw her crawl out of the grave five days later.
Even doctors goof about whether people are dead from time to time: http://abcnews.go.com/Health/ohio-man-de...d=20027401; http://listverse.com/2013/07/19/10-peopl...-the-dead/; http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree...kolkiewicz; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lazarus_syndrome. I think the chances of the owner and his friend being mistaken about the death of the cat are quite high, astronomically higher than the cat coming back from the dead.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

Sweet holy jumped-up Jesus... THE EGYPTIANS WERE RIGHT!!!
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Drich, read the article again. Nowhere does it say that the cat was in the ground for five days.
As for being 'stiff', I'm frequently in that condition, and never feel more alive.

Quote:“The only thing I can think of is that this is God’s miracle. And I thought, why five days later? If Bart was alive before, he would have come to our homes earlier. All I can think of is that God created animal life on the fifth day.“
This is some new kind of logic...

And I'm the one with the reading problem?!?
Paragraph 8, he was buried.
Paragraph 9, 5 days later he dug himself out.

Proximity in the context of the post you ripped that quote from means I heard it on the local news. The fact that all the major new organizations have run with this story makes it believable.
