Twenty seconds, two timeouts left.

Gross. This was the first time I smoked weed in 12 years, and this is what I get?!?! Worst playcall of all time.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

About half-a-minute, and they had I think two timeouts.

Damn. Sounds like it was a great game. So many Super Bowls are duds; it's good when one more or less lives up to the hype. Congratulations to the Patriots (you bastards!) and sincere condolences to the Seahawks fans. That's a hard way to lose.

And remember, kids: Keep watching the obituaries. When Crossless1 checks out, bet everything on the Vikings winning it all the following year. It's a law of nature or something.

It was an epic game. Close throughout. The Seattle defense was amazing; they ruined the Patriots running game for sure. Great comeback in the 4th quarter from the Patriots though, and that last interception...wow.

The fight at the end was utterly ridiculous and shameful though.

It was indeed a damned good game.

But goddamnit, I hate the Patriots. And my mom's husband, a Masshole, will be crowing about this for a fucking year.

Yeah, but at the end of the game and with all of the calls and injuries and plays and opportunities... at the end they had the ball at the one with three shots to punch it in and win. Sure, they made a terrible call and blew it, but you'll take that opportunity every time.

I've been telling friends that I cherish the title they won last year because it's really damned hard to win a super bowl. The 49ers went three straight years with a team good enough to win and just missed. The 'Hawks lost that heart-breaker in Atlanta in the 2012 playoffs and lost a heart-breaker last night. The NFL is built around roster turnover, and while I think the Seattle front office has done an outstanding job of keeping their best talent and should have a good team for at least a few more years, it can fall apart pretty quickly.

Two in a row would've been awesome, and I really hope they can win next year. But I don't take the one they got for granted.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Bills lost 4 in a row. Considering my Skins haven't seen a Superbowl since the last ice age, I'd be happy if they went and lost too. But still if if if if if if if if, you manage to get to a moment like that, you don't blow it like that. The Seahawks had every tool and at least two or three plays and one time out left. That was like breaking Tut's beard.

The other funny part was Brady saying "I never doubted my team".,........WHAT? Seahawks had you by the balls and the only reason you won was because of one bad play call. You got lucky.

Considering two weeks ago against the Colts and the fact you struggled with two interceptions and two sacks. That bad call by the coach of the Seahawks is why Brady is wearing the ring. Yea they did the work to get to that point, but Brady was on the sideline on that play.

I really hate humans, in general on any topic, especially the uber rich like the Kock brothers, "I did it all by myself", no no no no no no.............In literal evolution it is never all work or all luck, but a combo of both.

Both teams were even most of the game. Seahawks worked to get down the field, lucky catch on the 1, but then a bad call. Brady had help, from his own team, and the mistake by the coach of the Seahawks. NOT WORK OR LUCK, but both.

When is the last time the Skins did anything, like in 1991 when they beat my Detroit Lions in the NFC championship game?

The ending was dramatic, but the first half was boring to me. Seemed like both teams played it safe. I'd say the Pats did way better offensively. Seattle couldn't pass at all most of the first half. I was thinking it was not going to be close. They certainly made adjustments at the half.

But that ending I agree was shear drama. One of the best endings sure. But not the most exciting Superbowl for me. I guess most of that for me is because I had no horse in the race.

I would like to see an OT in a Superbowl. That has never happened.
