I did a search on the name Kincannon but didn't get any results so I apologize if he he has been mentioned.

Todd Kincannon is the former executive director of the Republican Party of SC who wanted to kill victims of Ebola.

I tried to find his Twitter accountant but it looks like it has been suspended.

According to Wikipedia,

Perhaps someone should force him to go to an Ebola affected country and see the reality of the situation.

And if he happens to contract it, ask him if he still believes in his own suggestions.
