Okay, I'd like to see the staff given fair remuneration, even if that only amounts to much praise. To that end, I think we should be able to rep the staff an extra time when they join and again after every year of service. At least a once a year they should get a paid trip to a conference where they can share their trade secrets with the lesser mods of other sites. Obviously they shouldn't get any more drugs or booze than they're getting now. God only knows what led to this bizarre strike thingy.
