No, I wil lforget nothing. I like to remember everything I have learned, for everthing is important.

Don't need belief in god to live life to the full. It all depends on what you do with your life.

Atheism doesn't do anything for you. It is a stance. I don't believe in god, there for I am an atheist. That's it.

Theists can be like that to you know. Religion or lack therof has got nothing to do with it.
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence - Carl Sagan

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity.

Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist.

You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them.

Why, to theists, does EVERYTHING have a deeper meaning? The definition of atheism is SIMPLY a lack in belief in a god or gods, nothing more can or should be made of it. Why must our view on god structure our entire life? I'm enjoying life and I'm an atheist, what's that mean? Nothing at all...

It's been a while since I've been on here, but how do we debunk the argument for Jesus's existence that his name (if this is true) has been spoken in more languages then any other in history??

I've read that, those who were hostile to Christ during his life would have had no reason to steal his body, that the Romans would not have, and that his disciples-who seem confused about his saying that he had to die and rise again-would not have stolen the body because they didn't expect Christ to rise again.

I know about "The Lost Tomb of Jesus" film, but I've read that it's used sloppy methods and is generally unreliable. Any good books, or films, would be helpful to me, though.

Tell christians to counter argue the argument that my great great great great great great grand aunt's dog resurrected from death to piss in jesus's tomb.

I'm not sure what that is an argument for....other than excessive imperialism by xtian nations. Let's not forget the White Man's Burden mantra.

How many languages has Star Wars been translated into? Does that make Luke Skywalker real?

"Mooo" has been spoken in more cow languages than any other bovine utterances. Does that mean a deity named mooo exists too?

Not every vocalization can be dignified with the word argument, much less deserve the honor of being debunked. Some are just reflection of the human brain being reduced by religion to the functionality of the brain of a cow.

This is all you need.

I think Picard is better than Kirk.
I like the way you think!
...But please stop thinking, it's not you.

Lol, that's fantastic, and a great argument!! What about people arguing that there were reliable eyewitnesses?

Extraordinary claims requires extraordinary evidence, especially if the claim is meant to have a profound impact. Eyewitness accounts cuts no ice as extraordinary evidence.

Name one.

The gospels weren't written for at least 40 and probably more like 100 years later.

"Paul" who math would tell us was a contemporary of the god boy never seems to have met him.

No Greco-Roman or Jewish writer from the early first century makes the slightest reference to the godboy or even a fantastic rumor that a dead criminal came back to life. The Dead Sea Scrolls never heard of him or any of his fucking followers.

The fact is that people say lots of stupid shit...there are a few of them on this board...because they desperately wish to believe that their sky-daddy is real.
