Yes, but not only that, for most people most of the time, what difference is it going to make if the instruction comes from an administrator or a mod? Does one get to ignore one of those categories and not the other? Somehow I think that one's options are simply to go along with the instructions, or take it up with a higher authority at the site, outside of the thread, regardless of which it is.
