RE: Announcement: Rules update A69
August 17, 2014 at 3:41 am
Here are the new A69 Rule updates. We've added some more extensive stipulations for entry into A69, the likes of which the staff have concluded will serve to protect our members, along with the sensitive nature that lies within this sub forum. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to our newest members who do not yet meet these requirements!
Quote: 18+ area is dubbed "Area 69." Atheist Forums allows adult material in this forum. For that reason, we prefer any discussion that is explicitly sexual and does not address any other topic to take place there as well. All photos need to be placed into hide tags, due to the unrestricted nature of the content.
In order to gain entrance into A69, members simply go to the A69 entrance and request access.
Please take a photo of a picture ID and your member name written on something in the same photo. You can black out all identifying features of the ID, except the photo itself and the year of birth. Please note that you must both be a member of the forums for 60 days and have contributed at least sixty posts in order to qualify for membership into Area 69.
The staff also reserves the right to deny or revoke area 69 access to any member for any reason, without warning after the decision has been voted upon by the moderation team and approved by an admin. All other rules apply in area 69 as well.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's
sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god
does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
Quote:Some people deserve hell.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
