I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:

Not exactly. I reviewed new members twice a day and approved those who did not fit the profile of our spammer(s).

That's kind of odious to new members so we are trying something different. If thia doesn't work, we have a 'plan C' while we look into next steps.
