I agree with Losty, showing just the last username sounds fine.

It's the really long lists that bother me (and even then they're sometimes incomplete!): Also if there was a way to implement the feature without the repeats of the same username when users change back to an old name, that would be cool too.

I think on my other forum we have to put something like that for a certain period of time but it doesn't last forever. I know because I recently changed my name to Losty there xD
