AF Biggest Loser/Fitness Challenge-May 3 to Whenever We're Not Fat Anymore

Stay Hungry, whatevs! lol no one would get the movie reference. I actually didn't see it anyway.

So I gained .2 pounds of lean mass from 2 weeks ago. In the middle I lost a pound due to poor sleep and sickness. So I'm %28.6 bodyfat, my main goal being 25% bodyfat and anything under size 34 pants, which amounts to anything under 40'' waist due to vanity sizing. I think a 33'' would do really.

Right now my actual waist size (not pant size) is about 41'' for us Americans 40'' is considered healthy. My size 35 jeans seem to fit a bit better.

Had a nice workout Friday despite being sick. I should be able to do pushups at a very slight decline next time chest and biceps day rolls around. It's nice to have the adjustable stepping platform to use for that.

Maxed out with 80 pounds in the Dumbell Curl, with kind of poor form. I'm sticking with that weight though and working up to good form, then multiple reps.

It's nice to know I've actually gotten stronger while losing weight. We don't have garbage service so we have to roll our garbage to a bin at the end of the street and put it in ourselves. I got tired of throwing each bag in individually so I've been trying to hoist the whole large canister upside down to just dump it all in at once. I can do it now.
2 years ago when I was 267 I tried but couldn't.

I don't think I'm as strong as I was when I was over 280 but fairly strong.

So I'm 198.2 at 28.6 bodyfat. %3.6x 198.2 is 7.1 lbs
So if I lost all bodyfat I would need to lose 7.1 lbs to reach my goal.
Experience tells me that won't happen. So maybe 10-11 pounds.
Maybe I fudged the math somewhere?

If I were 25% bodyfat at 187 pounds that would be good.

Maybe I really don't need to try to recoup muscle. But I'll give this another few weeks.

Once I get to size 34 I'm going to post before and after pics, even though my ultimate goal is Size 32 or 33. Maybe my old track pic too for comparison.

Can't wait for before and after pics. I wish I had done one, but I'm down too much to start now.

Yeah, it's going to be mostly after pics. I only have one or two from when I was 267.

Only after pictures on my end, as well. I was too embarrassed by the fat to take any photos, because why would I want to share that with others?

Which makes me not accept the "fat and proud" mindset.

I honestly believe it reaches a point of great mental dissonance for some overweight people to falsely accept being comfortably overweight.

I think some people are exceptionally good at being happy. I wish I was more like them.

You know, even though I'm close to average size now, I still find some bigger women attractive. I would hope they feel good about their appearance.
