It's not just random people who think the Catholic Church is full of shit. The whole "Welcome Back" PR campaign you church is spending millions of dollars on is indicative of the dire straits your beloved organizations finds itself in. If they can't bamboozle boatloads of Africans and Asians that their specific brand of woo is super-dooper awesome, your church will likely die off within the next few decades.
Once that happens, your personal beliefs about the morality of anything, including IVF, will amount to nothing more than pissing in the wind.
Frankly, I look forward to that day.
