For the Sabs, I've always preferred Paranoid -- perhaps the best metal album ever, there -- or Sabbath Bloody Sabbath.
Taste, opinion, yadda, yadda.
Sabbath bloody sabbath and paranoid are both horrible for being stuck in your head. Great songs though.
My favorites from both of those albums are the deeper cuts -- "Spiral Architect", "Killing Yourself to Live", "Electric Funeral", and so on -- in large part because you don't hear them very much unless you seek them out.
I used to put Paranoid on and crank up my guitar jamming along with it. I can play all of it, and sing most of it while doing so. The themes on it are gripping, to me.
