Or it's all bullshit, things will carry on pretty much exactly as they were, and you need to start listening to some voices other than the ones in your head, prof.
There are people that can help you, and I'm not talking about God. Please reach out to them. At least have a few tests done - if you're sane, what have you got to lose?
