How come when it is a cop on the receiving end of a barrage of shots the guy is questioned a day after the event and the charges are decided by THAT EVENING? However, when some cop blasts a civilian the "investigation" drags on for months and months, if not years.
Could it be that the cops are hoping the public forgets about what they did?
