There IS a rise in syphilis among gay and bisexual men recently.
Lesbians, on the other hand, have close to 0% of STD's. This is because the male penis is the primary "delivery method" for STD's.
Lesbians don't tend to get STD's -- not even yeast infections, at all.
Back when Falwell and others were claiming that AIDS was proof that gawd hates homosexuals, some witty folks responded that by that logic, gawd must really love lesbians.
