We could have a pissed group and a sober group. Or else stay sober for a while, the lightweights like me go home eventually, then everyone else gets pissed in the evening.
Or something. I'm sure we can find somewhere cool to meet upI haven't any great suggestions as I don't know London well I'm afraid.
All-in wrestling.
My wife does exist, but it's very unlikely I'll be able to persuade her to come.
Yay, cool

The thing I find is even if you're sober you still end up kind of acting drunk when you're around drunk people. Somehow it just loosens you up. I used to think I needed a drink to give me Dutch courage when going out but then after a few experiments I found I was wrong. So nowadays I could dance in a club even completely sober. But I'd still prefer to get pissed just cos it's more fun.
But don't forget, any sober people in a group have the signal honour of smugly recording or photographing the antics of the drunk ones, something I have found out many times, much to my chagrin, when going out with non-drinking friends
