I also believe that the notion of "God" is intentionally kept mysterious.
You can't kill or eliminate something if you don't know what it is or what it's weak point is.
Therefore God will always be a "boogy man type figure".
You can never get any better focus, as it will all begin to fall apart under scrutiny.
