The only problem is that Jerusalem was not leveled in 70. It was burned and much was destroyed but even Josephus notes that several towers remained and the 10th Legion used Jerusalem as their base. Further, survivors of the attack were not barred from the area
The city WAS leveled in 135 when Hadrian knocked all the rubble down and built Aelia Capitolina on top of the rubble. That's when the godboy's "prediction" came "true." At that time, Hadrian threw the Jews out of Judaea.
