I think philosophy is a good way to spend time, but I'm not so sure that it will let me get more out of life. There's much to be said for drinking, getting laid, and hating those who offend you. The greatest zen, after all, is not giving a shit about being zen.

I believe that in some cases philosophy can make you enjoy these things even more. Well, at least that is so for me :p
And no I'm not sure, for I believe that for many things the truth does not exist. We must always stay in the uncertain, but that's more than fine.
