C_L, can you articulate why the positioning actually matters? You keep saying that the proximity of the demon next to the commandments would be interpreted as a message of hate from the satanists (or atheists) to Judeo-Christians, but wouldn't the opposite hold true as well? That the proximity of the commandments next to the demon is a message of hate aimed at the satanists?
Because, right now, you're clearly looking at it through the lens of your own bias, and you haven't shown a willingness to look at it a different way.
Regarding the comparisons with Nazis... really? If anyone thinks that a symbol of a mythological creature that has done nothing that can be verified to humanity is as bad/offensive as the co-opted symbol of those who actually engaged in genocide, they need to get their priorities in order.
