How could you differentiate between Mohammed appearing in front of you and a hallucination?
How could you even tell it is him, since no one knows what he looks like?
I call it the "wow fallacy" when you will accept anything someone/something says after they've demonstrated a certain amount of power. Hallucinations will be particularly troublesome for people vulnerable to this fallacy, as your own mind will know exactly what is "impressive enough" to you. And of course, it's highly likely a hallucination will include elements of the mythology you've been saturated with since birth. Hey presto!
Anyone can have hallucinations, the mind is very fallible and subject to glitches.
