The problem is when judges interpret the constitution in ways contrary to its original intent. Then it is only right and proper to impeach.
Not at all. Chief Justice Black established the duty of the Supreme Court, and by extension lesser courts, to interpret the Constitution.
There is no legal requirement that it be viewed through the lens of original intent, and absent that, impeachment has no basis in this case.
