Lots of good points in here...some which will make the "what-about-the-good-cops!" contingent cum in their pants.
That sounds good... except it defines a "good cop" as one who does not beat the shit out of a civilian. How many of them look the other way when their brothers-in-blue go off the deep end? Those are not "good cops," either.
