I'm pretty sure Johnny Rotten is Atheist.
Henry Rollins almost certainly is.
I'm pretty sure Trent Reznor of NIN.
I don't know for sure, but John Lennon probably was....consider the song "Imagine" ("...and No Religion, too...")
I know that Marilyn Manson was actually ordained by Anton LaVey in the Church of Satan,
I'm sure you could mine the genres of Death Metal and Goth/Industrial and probably come up with one or two Atheists.
Diamanda Galas has called herself a "Greek Orthodox Atheist" and wrote a book called "The Shit of God".
I think...I hope...I'm pretty sure...Zappa.
I remember reading that someone in the Pixies was Atheist or Agnostic.
And if Lemmy isn't, then I don't know what the world is coming to.
...as to how many of these you'd consider to be "good" music, that's subjective.
