Especially in a crowded casino or on Fremont, many people don't even move. I always find myself moving for everyone else when in a supermarket, a sidewalk, etc. If people are in a group of 3 or more, they don't move out of the way for people. They expect everyone to move out of the way for them. It's pretty annoying, but I suspect that Vegas isn't the only place like that.
