There are a couple of big issues with it being a surviving loophole... takebacksies, staff tag, backlog other person's quote changes... the problem with handling this with only policy would be that if there's nothng that traks evry edt dne: it wuld be ridicsly hrd to polce.
But yeah, heh. It sure does open up a lot of good c for entment, for the obsvant. Asualty of no-takebksie!
