Jesus wasn't his plan A. He tried an failed a few times before sending his son.

Yeah, the early trial runs weren't promising.
First attempt was just a fruit basket with a $3 price tag dangling from the handle and there was a little card that read "To a Wonderful Grandmother" wedged between two apples.
Don't know what he was thinking.
