Set aside half of it to think about. With the rest, I'd:

Make sure my girls graduated without college debt including grad school.  Pay for the college of a couple other likely kids we know.  Help my mother pay for step-dad's care.

Travel.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god.  If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
