I don't think he has psychosis because his posts are too well written and he doesn't seem mentally ill.

When I experienced acute psychosis in the past... I lost the ability to spell and write properly. It wasn't just my thoughts that were affected.
TBH he has given hints that he is joking like how he responded to me saying he needed to try to be funnier and he took it as a compliment.
