RE: Christians - even the Bible says that Jesus was not God so why do you say he was ?

In my more serious moments, thinking about the concept we call God, as I try to imagine what this being must be like, I have never been able to shake the distinct impression that, whatever it is, it must be really, really, really angry at the bipedal apes that live on the third rock out from a middling yellow dwarf star on the back edge of one spiral arm of one galaxy (one of over 100,000,000,000 stars in this galaxy alone) among the 225,000,000,000 galaxies in the known (to us) universe, who are so arrogant as to presume that we know anything about this being, especially the idea that this being really, really is interested in what we do with our genitals.
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
