I'm not surprised by this non-news. There's been awareness that shitty processed foods are unhealthy for some time.
Negatron. Grill something and you'l find that it's more carcinogenic than a processed equivalent. Apparently, eating flesh-ash isn't good for us, despite a few k of familiarity. If you cut your damned food into bite sized peices you've processed it..if you fucking chew it you've processed it. Did your fork and butter knife and teeth make it carcinogenic? No. Our hunter gatherer ancestors would have eaten meat that was stepped on by elephants and ground in with the feces on the rock it sat on when the elephant hit it.....
