I'm vegan and I take supplements to make sure I get what I need. I went to Vegfest, a huge vegan festival in London, not long ago. Wow, it was so popular! There was actually so many people by the time we left that it got uncomfortable. It's a growing market.

It was heavenly... I had a hot dog for breakfast, pizza for lunch, chocolate, cheese, cakes, everything... Substitute food is getting so amazing.

One thing I noticed: not one single overweight person in the whole place that I saw. Neither were they dying of malnutrition. Everyone was healthy and happy.

Personal rant about morality and animals:

Animals are slaves and property. It's not much different in my eyes to when humans were slaves and property. They are the new "second class citizens" after different races and women have gained equality. Cows are kept in a constant state of impregnation to produce milk, and then have their young taken away so the milk can be taken. (Cows don't magically produce milk all the time). They often get such damage from all the milking that they have to be taken out of rotation to receive medical care.

We use "might makes right" over animals, in my opinion. If you think that's OK, then it should be OK for a race so superior to us as to make us look like cows to come enslave us and farm us for food. Is that OK?

The phrase "humane slaughter" makes me laugh in a sickening way.
