It's not the porn, it's the flash player. It's a bit demanding on the CPU, and things heat up quickly.

2 monitors.... could it be that you have one of those newish cpus that have a on-chip graphics card and also a dedicated graphics card?
Try to use a vacuum cleaner to suck out any dust you may have inside your laptop... be careful not to force anything. Mine has a grill on the back which requires some cleaning about once a year... simple hoovering does the trick.
