Reinstalling Windows is probably the best way. If you don't have an installation disk, contact the company you bought it from, as they probably have one. If it's a Dell, here you go: https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/...N130027/EN
Try the "Operating system restore" on that page. Your laptop should be able to restore / reinstall the OS itself. |
