Clearly, that's not how languages mutate/evolve, and if God confused everyones tongue to make all the languages, the effect should have ceased at the end of the story, and not continued unto the present day.

this story gets kookier and kookier. There were no Jews during the time of the T of B, so how could it have anything to do with them? Also, everyone was supposed to have been drowned during the flood except Noah and his immediate family. How then could the third generation be so populous as to warrant several cities?
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.
