thats great that we know a little bit about thoughts and the mind and consciousness despite having an entire field of study on still very little is known about what exactly thoughts/dreams/consciousness involves all they know or can know is the basic truth that we have thoughts and thoughts do not come from our hearts or lungs but very little is known .
