Why should the government grant special recognition to someone for doing one of the most basic things that's expected of them? Do you want someone to thank you for wiping your ass just because you didn't do it on the nice towels?
That's like asking how my company would recognize the "status" of somebody who only fills out the utmost basic expectations of their job.
