Inspirational thought of the day

I know we are not all equal. I was actually going in the opposite direction. Where you say "I mean there are smaller and smaller things that seperate us all" I was saying "The bigger you go, the more Earth becomes indistinguishable by the small differences we distinguish it by, which is why we should all think bigger and not worry about these small differences, as on a cosmological scale they are meaningless".

That only really works if you are a being on a cosmological scale. If you live down here thinking on that scale then those differences effect you. For example; I am not really concerned by the plight of the ant. Its troubles, its differences from other ants are indistinguishable to me. If that ant took a similar attitude to me it would be a dead ant very shortly. 
Viewing our troubles on that kind of a scale is not a luxury most of us have because life will kick our asses if we try. Much like if I walk around with two telescopes sellotaped to my head I would in theory have better vision but I would likely get run over when crossing a road.
But like I said, its a really good poem. Sorry if I'm hyper focusing on some details. My girlfriend calls me a "pedant", another way of calling me pedantic. lol

You're taking what I said way too literal, i'm intending this as just sort of a perspective-putting mindset. Not all the time, or whatever. Not to inconvenience you, but to just forget about small issues you may face like being made fun of, overweight, whatever, because it really doesn't matter, and you should think about broader, and bigger ideas. I can garuntee you someone who thinks about big ideas, or is constantly reading about something the size of the universe will take much less issue to small petty issues like having bad hair. This probably isn't the actual reason, but why do you think Einstein looked like he never combed his hair a day in his life? He probably didn't dislike it, but more importantly at least what I would theorize is that he honestly just didn't care because in contrast to what he was thinking about on a daily basis, in comparison who cares about hair.

That last part i'm not saying as factual, just kind of rambling on to stress my point.
