I'm absolutely with you regarding Clone Wars and Avatar: TLA. The former I'm working my way through bit by bit, the latter is the only show EVER to make me cry THREE TIMES. THREE!

Haven't seen the others, but I'd add Adventure Time to the list, which I'm currently steamrolling through. Underneath the kid-friendly exterior is an increasingly dark and twisted saga that can be enjoyed by people of pretty much any age. The humour ranges from dumb as a rock (but still funny) to quite subtle and nuanced jokes and references, and it also contains some pretty prime nightmare fuel at times.
