I think that's what I'm afraid of too. Luckily for me, I have an actual address book that serves as my password book where I write down all my important information. It has been a while since I last logged on and forgot my password. Rather than having to create a new one, luckily for me, I had written it down.

I really like my username. It's my real name. Minus the last name, of course.
