To think she finds to belief suits herself, and mileage can and should differ according to the individual, then no, it is not a deal breaker. To think what she believes is the overarching truth applicable to everyone and others would be morally or fatewise less for not believing the same thing, then absofuckinglutely.
So in short, it's not being a Christian that creates the disability, it's being an asshat that does it.
