“Don’t think that I have come to destroy the Law of Moses or the teaching of the prophets. I have come not to destroy their teachings but to give full meaning to them. 18 I assure you that nothing will disappear from the law until heaven and earth are gone.

The law is still in effect. All of it. If you could be bothered to even read the summery review of the romans study I posted I point out that in chapter 3 Paul shows us it is the Law that shows us we are in sin and in need of redemption. It is by the law that all unrepentant will be judged. However it is also the law that affords us atonement and salvation. How can he say this? because 1/3 to 1/2 of the law is dedicated to ways of atoning for sin. When Chirst said he came to fulfill the Law he was talking about not only extending the do's and don'ts of the law to include thought, but to provide permanent atonement.

 The law will not lose even the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter until "It is Finished."

What was Christ's final word on the cross?
"It is Finished." Meaning the time that the law could not change was at an end.

Yeah no again The old testament is still in affect it doesn't  matter what Paul wrote he is a self appointed apostle.
