There's a differnece between being deranged and being a psycopath. Psychopathy means the inability to feel emotions towards others, among other things. Think he has kids and is probably married. Are you sure he is clinically a psycopath, or just a bad person? And how do you define bad person? You mentioned he censors people - So does every other country ever, the difference is that in the west instead of being arrested you will be fired from your job.
