Furthermore, given the VAST expenditures and unpredictable climactic issues involved, I'm not sure that 4400MW is worth the effort, when world electricity consumption is rapidly approaching 20 000 TWh. Not to put too fine a point on it, that's twenty thousand trillion watt hours
