If the behavior is threatening and causes negative consequences IRL, then that is internet bullying. Posting snarky comments on someone's FB status posts when all they have to do to make it stop is block the other person? Not bullying.
If negative responses to your FB posts can be stopped by either taking an extra 3 seconds to spell things correctly or a couple of extra minutes of thought or by pushing a button, then that's not bullying.
