I'm headed to a similar situation myself, handing over the reins to the wife while I spend ridiculous sums of money, far in excess of what meager pittance I make anymore, and little chance of a payout in my lifetime. It's kind of nice. I used to worry about the cashflow (but was never very good at it, never leveraged it as far as I could've) - now I don't.
You know what appealed to me about older women (aside from being hot, ofc).....I reckoned that there was a smaller chance of them not knowing what they wanted, or changing their minds after the chips were all already on the table, ala my younger (but still older than me) ex.
