That does pretty much sum it up. Tyson's 'spirituality' is all "goo" and no "prickles," it has no content. It's the very definition of vacuous.

Human beings entertain concepts because that's what they do: they conceive. Feeling without content is like enjoying the end of a musical composition as if that were the point of the composition.
