Then Mr. Assad released all of the terrorists from the prisons, and they got into bed with Saddam's former military-men. I think all of the reasonable people have since left Syria. I want to welcome them to my country, but my government won't allow it. How wonderful it would be if a Syrian set up a restaurant in my town!
I'm pretty sure DAESH will die off because of Leishmaniasis before the Americans eliminate them given that they, and their puppets in the Gulf, don't really want to kill off DAESH. The Russians have offered to work with NATO, and help with transition in Syria, but the Americans and the Turks keep spitting in Putin's face. And you have this Fascist Turkish government that wants to start World War Three and think it has the right to invade Iraq. Iraqis can't do anything because it's part of NATO.
I wouldn't be surprised if Erdogan (and al-Saud too, of course) has a portrait of Putin that he beats with a shoe. He probably thinks that Putin is trying to prevent the End Times from occurring or something stupid like that. Turkey probably deserves to be invaded by DAESH and show them how idiotic they have been to support terrorists. Of course, that will mean my government will take away even more of my freedoms under the guise of "security", so I guess it would turn out worse in the long term. We just can't seem to stop giving terrorists what they want!
My government is doing the work of DEASH for DEASH by spreading fear and restricting our freedoms. I think it's disgusting, and I can't believe my taxes are going towards this crap! It's amazing what my government can find money for and what it can't find money for. It seems everyone has a stake in Syria even though it's too complicated and far away countries like America should probably not be involved.
I wouldn't bet a lot on Iraq; Saddam had many political enemies, and they are as bad as the Sauds; they will obey who pays them more after all.
About Russia, it doesn't want to help in transition, rather keeping an important ally : Assad. After all, Iran failed in keeping Assad standing against the heavy attacks of America. Russia aided Assad knowing exactly the man he was : a psychopath just like his father. And he was doing the Israel and America a favor after all : wasn't he protecting the Joolan for so long ? Even in the civil war, he kept a part of the resistance away from Israel.
Ah, about Turkey it did become close with the Sauds after all. A disgusting alliance, but that's how it is : a person like me gets to choose between two disgusting alliances : the Shia alliance under Russia, and the Sunni alliance under the U.S.
Thankfully I don't belong to any of the cults. and I hope they don't force me to one with the barrel of a rifle.
Erdogan wrote his own death sentence when he got into this mess. I always thought that he indeed supported terrorist since his borders were open from the point that new DAESH requites used to flow from.
