He pointed it out as a matter of clarification. You in return then broadened the definition. Then you defined it yourself. By your definition "a person who disbelieves or lacks belief" (seems redundant there) "in the existence of God or gods." that seems pretty ok. As long as you don't cut out the word "belief" in a future definition and rest solely on existence.
I googled the definition, didn't come up with it myself. I have no idea what the fuck you're talking about.
