She is probably cheating or she met somebody new. I went through almost exactly the same situation, except I was an atheist when we started dating. When she met the new guy she started becoming distant and she just used the religion angle as a way to drive us apart. We dated for 3 years, planning to marry, then it was like a switch flipped and she went complete jesus freak.
